Our story begins in 1975 when C Day & Son Ltd was founded by Chris. In 1995 his son Paul joined the team and subsequently achieved an NVQ level 2 qualification in painting and decorating. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength; and as a result we have become one of the areas most successful painting and decorating companies. All of our team of painters and decorators are time served tradesmen who know what is expected of them and carry out work to the highest standard. As a family run business we are able to offer a personal and friendly service from start to finish. We pride ourselves on providing the same courtesy, care and attention to detail; no matter how large or small the project. After being in the business for over 40 years, there isn’t much that we haven’t painted!

We take huge pride in our work and we believe our finish is second to none. Our prices reflect the level of finish required as no two jobs are the same. Whilst some of our customers require a flawless finish with no visible imperfections, others are happy for us to simply improve on the existing paintwork.
We know from experience that our quotes are not always the cheapest, but we are certainly not the most expensive either!
